1. Individual Membership:

   • One-time Membership Fee: $50
   • Monthly Fee: $35
   • Texas sales taxes are required by the Comptroller of Texas.

2. Family Plan:

   • One-time Family Membership Fee: $50
   • Monthly Fee (Primary Member): $35
   • Monthly Fee (Dependent): $25
   • Texas sales taxes are required by the Comptroller of Texas.

Payment Details:

• Payments are billed on the 1st of every month.
• If you join after the 1st, your monthly fee will be prorated.
• Members may cancel anytime with no penalty.
• Your next payment will be automatically billed on the 1st of the following month.
